Guccie and Lindo are Amanda’s two cats. On Instagram and on TikTok , she regularly shares the adventures of these two felines. Between lots of laughter and a certain annoyance, Amanda reveals the colorful personality of her two very prankster cats.
Two cats who are not brothers and yet
Guccie and Lindo were not adopted at the same time. Amanda welcomed Guccie in 2019, and a few months later, Lindo joined the household. While Guccie comes from a shelter, Lindo was adopted from a breeder.
The understanding between the two cats took time to establish. Amanda recognizes that her cats have their own characters: while Guccie is rather nonchalant and not very dynamic, Lindo is a real electric battery. Life at home is therefore strewn with moments of tension, sometimes moments of complicity, especially when it comes to playing and doing mischief.
A very relative understanding that is sometimes difficult to live with
For Amanda, her two cats don’t really get along. On a daily basis, they meet each other but are also very jealous of each other. Their opposing personalities probably have nothing to do with it. While Guccie feels rushed by Lindo, Lindo finds it difficult to tolerate Guccie’s slowness.
Guccie and Lindo: specialists in stupid missions
By observing them, Amanda realized that it was Guccie, despite her nonchalance, who was at the origin of the majority of the stupid things committed. Lindo, for his part, happily follows his sidekick in the craziest adventures that take place inside Amanda, particularly in her kitchen.
Guccie: the leader of the game full of imagination
Amanda knew Guccie was a prankster cat. From the moment he arrived, he felt very comfortable in Amanda’s house. She remembers that even when he was alone, he would contort himself to open the doors of the kitchen cupboards, the oven or even the refrigerator. In Amanda’s presence, as well as during her absence, Guccie’s stupidities took on an increasingly important role.
A sometimes catastrophic situation for Amanda
The cat owner remembers her anxiety when coming home: “There were times when I came home from work and found all the cupboards open. Once it was the fridge and freezer. There was water all over the floor from melting ice and bags of frozen vegetables . Several times, Amanda thought it was a burglary given the destruction caused by her two companions.
Amanda’s house was transformed into a real mess, the result of well-organized group work!
Implementation of measures to limit damage
Tired of finding her house a mess every day when she came home from work, Amanda decided to invest in installing several security devices. She first installed a system to block the cupboards, then she installed a system specially made for her oven.
If some stupid things can be dangerous, including for cats, Amanda has decided to perceive the antics of her kittens as proof of their dynamism and agility!
